Snyder City-Wide Clean UP Saturday

April 28, 2022

The City of Snyder will hold a City Clean UP Day, Saturday, April 30 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The city will have roll-off boxes for trash, a collection site for tires, a collection area for old batteries and an Expired Medication/Drug collection at the parking lot west of Farmer's Co-op by the city dumpsters. (Note the addition of battery collection and change of location from what was listed in the print edition. Changes were made by the city after the paper was already submitted to the printer.)

Items that cannot go in the trash roll-offs are: paint (unless it is completely dry in the cans), liquid waste, medical waste, radioactive waste, asbestos waste.

Items that will not be accepted: metals or appliances.

The only tires that will be accepted are passenger and light truck tires. No tractor or semi tires. Tires must be taken off of rims.
