Mathew Shane Thompson

Shane Thompson, 51, of Cordell, went to his heavenly home on June 5, 2022.

Funeral services were Saturday, June 11, 2022, at the First Baptist Church in Roosevelt with interment in Roosevelt Cemetery under the direction of Ray & Martha's Funeral Home-Cordell.

Shane was born on December 11, 1970, to J.R. and Arline (Gifford) Thompson in Altus.

Survivors include his mother: Arline Thompson, Roosevelt, children: Kerstin Williams and husband Kevin, of Canute, Dr. Jordan Conley and husband Kevin, of Denver, and Chase Thompson, of Oklahoma City; grandchildren: Harper, Rhett, and Grace Williams of Canute; sister: Tina Simonavice and husband Nick Chickasha; niece: Shelby Rogers, Mangum; and partner: Brenda McDaniels, Cordell.

Shane is preceded in death by his father, J.R. Thompson.
