SKC Celebrates Fall Fest, Car Show This Saturday
The SKC 12th Annual Fall Festival and Car Show starts at 10 a.m. this Saturday in downtown Snyder. Booth vendor check in will be 7:30 to 9:30 a.m.
Vendor booths will be open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and entertainment at the Main Stage starts at 10:30 a.m.
Wristbands for Kids Zone All-Day Inflatables will be available for $10 at the ticket booth on the west side of 7th St. Wristbands cover unlimited access to inflatables all day. Other activities will require an additional fee. Inflatables will include a Double Slide, Bounce House, Jurassic Adventure and Obstacle Course.
Additional activities for children will include a dunk booth, face painting and balloon animals. A separate petting zoo will be located beside Main Street Muscle in the grass area on the west side of the street.
Tickets for a 50/50 raffle will be available at the Kids Zone Ticket booth. Cost will be $5 for 1 entry or 5 for $20. The drawing will be held at 3:30 at the Main Stage. Entrants do not have to be present to win.
SKC Fall Festival T-shirts will be for sale at the Car Show Booth. The Tommy Franks Traveling Museum will be set up by Cyclone Nutrition for walk-throughs to see the military exhibits.
The car show will be on the east side of 7th Street right beside the Main Stage. Entries can be registered from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Saturday at the Car Show Booth on the east side of 7th St. next to the Main Stage. The entry fee will be $25 for each vehicle, cash or check only, and a car show t-shirt will be provided to entrants. Judging will be from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. Awards and drawings will be at 3:30 at the Main Stage, followed by the Car Cruise at 4 p.m.
Car Classes will be 54-59, 60-65,66-69, 70-79, 1980-Current, Motorcycle Stock, Motorcycle Custom, Rat Rod, Street Rod, Muscle Car, Imports, Truck Stock, Truck Custom, Mustang, Corvette, Tractor, Special Interest (includes off road & race).
