Clara Mae Drews

October 16, 2025

Clara Mae Drews, 98, of Snyder, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 5, 2025, in Snyder. Fittingly, she departed this life on what would have been her 79th wedding anniversary with her beloved husband, Ralph E. Drews.
At this time, no services are scheduled. Arrangements are under the direction of Becker-Rabon Funeral Home of Snyder.
Born on September 24, 1927, in Oklahoma City, Clara was the daughter of Byron Gwin and Lily Lee (White) Binkley. On October 5, 1946, she married Ralph E. Drews in Oklahoma City, and together they shared a lifetime of love and devotion. When Ralph entered full-time ministry, Clara faithfully served alongside him in churches throughout the years, offering steadfast support and care to each congregation until Ralph’s passing in 1996.
Clara continued her life of service as a dedicated member of the Snyder Church of Christ, where she remained active as a Women’s Bible teacher, sharing her faith and wisdom with others.
She is survived by her children: Sharon Kelly and her late husband John, Linda Brown and her husband Dwight, and David Drews and his wife Gladys.
Clara was a proud grandmother to Marsha and Scott Berger, Darren and Lori Kelly, Kelli and David Kenyon, Kristi and Scott Bloomer, Kevin and Traci Brown, Amanda and Johnny Booth, and Emily and Darren Stone. Her legacy also lives on in her 21 great-grandchildren.
Clara will be remembered for her quiet strength, deep faith, and the love she poured into her family and community.
