Funeral service for Jimmy Randal Collins will be 2 p.m. Friday, September 17, 2021, in Becker-Rabon Funeral Home of Snyder Chapel, with Rev. Sam Vaughn of Atoka officiating.

Jimmy Randal Collins was born September 21, 1941, in Littlefield, Texas to M.L. "Pud" and Jessie Lee "Cotton" Collins and went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 14, 2021. He was a week shy of his 80th birthday.

Jimmy married Cindy Tate on September 14, 1983, in Santa Fe, New Mexico. They moved to Manitou in 1990, where they built their ranch together and resided for the past 31 years.

Jimmy enjoyed ranching and took pride in taking care of his cows and many other animals he acquired throughout the years. He loved his life on the ranch and also enjoyed fishing, hunting and watching rodeos. He loved reading his made-up stories to his grandkids. He enjoyed having dogs and kept any stray that showed up. They were always by his side and he would take them everywhere. Family was very important to Jimmy and he enjoyed spending all the time he could with them, including many weekends and holidays spent playing games and laughing.

Preceding him in death were his parents; a brother-in-law, Lewis "Pee Wee" Dennis and his niece, Kim Yates.

Survivors include his wife, Cindy Collins of the home; a daughter, Tonya Evans of Roosevelt and her two children, Shane and Trevor; a son, Randy Collins of Albuquerque, New Mexico; a son and his wife, Ken and Marvelle Collins of Manitou and their children Cheyanne and her spouse Brandon; Latigo and his fiance Rylee and Reata and her fiance Chance; a sister, Gloria Dennis, Hurst, Texas and her son Kip Dennis; a sister and her husband Gail and Jimmy Vandlandingham of Spearman, Texas, and their children Jeff and Kathy; three sons and their wives: Tony and Selena McKay of Farmington, New Mexico and their four children, Tasha, Aaron, Amber and Devon; Jeff and Kim McKay of Manitou and children Chris, Kayla, Heather, Erin and Megan; and Steve and Danetia McKay of Ohio and their children Delaynie, Makenzie and Rylie.

Jimmy has many aunts and uncles and has been blessed with many inherited nieces and nephews whom he adored. He has been blessed with 34, almost 35, great-grandchildren.
