Jeffrey Glenn Hernandez

Memorial service for Jeffrey Glenn Hernandez, age 50, of Lawton, formerly of Frederick, was November 20, 2021, at the Orr Gray Gish Chapel with Stephen Gillespie, Hospice Chaplain, officiating.

Mr. Hernandez passed away October 29, 2021, at the OSU Medical Center, in Tulsa.

He was born December 20, 1970, in Clinton, to Pedro Velos Hernandez and Wanda Lee (Carter) Hernandez. He attended schools in Snyder and Frederick. He was united in marriage to Angela Ingram. He had two beautiful boys before parting ways with his ex-wife. He lived in Sulphur and Davis and worked as a Certified Nurse’s Aide for various nursing homes in the health care field. He loved painting and was an avid artist. He enjoyed collecting crosses and owls. Jeffrey was always the life of the party and could make everyone laugh.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Pete and Wanda Hernandez; a brother: Lloyd Hernandez, and a sister: Melinda Drury.

Survivors include two sons: Zachery Silas Hernandez and Izec Lee Hernandez, of Sulphur; a brother: Eddie Hernandez (Amelia), of Frederick; two sisters: Connie Cryer (Danny), of Tipton, and Brenda Hernandez, of Snyder; a sister-in-law: Amy Hernandez, of Frederick; and numerous nieces and nephews.
