Inmate escapes from Granite reformatory

Update (Tuesday, March 29, 4:13 p.m.): Logan was taken into custody by Altus Police Department this morning without incident. Altus police officers were led to the escapee by a citizen tip. The citizen reported that a man matching the description of Inmate Logan was approaching people asking to use a phone. The citizen then called 911.
Frank Logan (DOC 130290), an inmate at Oklahoma State Reformatory (OSR) in Granite currently serving multiple sentences, has unlawfully left state custody and is at-large.
Inmate Logan was missing from the facility’s 6 p.m. inmate count, at which time OSR officials launched an immediate search and initiated escape procedures. Oklahoma Department of Corrections (ODOC) investigators along with state and local law enforcement are currently working to recapture Inmate Logan.
Logan, 56, is a white male who is 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighs 200 pounds with known affiliations to the United Aryan Brotherhood. In addition to low-cut, balding hair and a goatee, Inmate Logan has swastika tattoos on his right upper arm and upper back along with a tattooed torso.
If you have seen this person on know of his whereabouts, ODOC officials urge you to call 911 or notify law enforcement.
